松尾大社3 おいでとおかえりの日（Matsuo grand shrine3 – God comes day & God returns day festival）

4月21日は松尾大社で神幸祭（おいで）の日。
そして、5月12日は還幸祭（おかえり）の日です。

神幸祭（おいで）の日は、松尾七社（大宮社、月読社、櫟谷社、宗像社、三宮社、衣手社、四之社）の神輿（月読社は唐櫃）が、ご本殿のご分霊を受けて、拝殿を三回まわった（拝殿廻し）あと、社頭を出発し、松尾・桂の里を通って、桂離宮の東北方から桂川を船で渡り(おいで）、左岸堤防下で七社が勢揃いし、古例の団子神饌を献じた後、四基の神輿と唐櫃とは西七条御旅所に、二基の神輿は川勝寺と郡の末社に至り、そこに駐輦されます。

還幸祭（おかえり）には、三御旅所に駐輦されていた神輿と月読社の唐櫃とが、西寺跡の｢旭の杜｣に集合し、ここで古例による西の庄の粽の御供、赤飯座（あかいざ）の特殊神饌をお供えして祭典をします。列を整えて、途中朱雀御旅所に立ち寄り、ここでも祭典。その後、七条通りを西に進み、西京極、川勝寺、郡、梅津の旧街道を経て、松尾大橋を渡り、本社に還御されます。（参考文献：京都デザイン）

5月12日の朝の8時過ぎ、七条御旅所では大宮社、四之社、宗像社、櫟(いち)谷社 → の順で宮司さんの手により御霊がお神輿に入られたあとに、西寺跡の「旭の杜」に向かってリズミカルに鈴を鳴らしながら「ほいっと、ほいっと」の掛け声とともに重いお神輿を担いで、御旅所を出て行きました。

以前、聞いた話しですが、昔お神輿が一基流されたり、おいでか、おかえりのどちらかの日に雨が降るという話しをしてくれました。
ちなみにお神輿が川を渡るときには、橋を通行止めにします。なぜなら神様が渡っている川の上の橋を通過するということは、神の上を通る=神様に向かって失礼だよってこと！面白い！

追伸…本殿の西側に住宅が建つということで最近楠の枝が切られてしまい、少し寂しい気持ちになりました。

■松尾大社までのアクセス
・四条烏丸から(3番バスか29番バス) → 四条烏丸の交差点、南西のバス停から3番のバスに乗る。四条烏丸から35分ほどで松尾橋のバス停で下車。そこから西に向かい、徒歩8分(600m)です。
・四条烏丸から(29番バス) → 四条烏丸の交差点、南西のバス停から29番のバスに乗る。四条烏丸から40分ほどで松尾大社前のバス停で下車。そこから西に向かい、徒歩3分(180m)です。

・京都駅から(28番バス) →　京都駅北口バスターミナルのC5乗り場から28番のバスに乗る。京都駅から40分ほどで松尾大社前のバス停で下車。そこから西に向かい、徒歩3分(180m)です。

※松尾大社までは、松尾大社前のバス停が近いのですが、松尾橋がけっこう混むため、もし渋滞していたら松尾大社前の1つ前の松尾橋で降りて、そこから歩いていくのをおすすめします。桂川から見える風景がきれいで、歩くと気持ちがいいですよ。

■Access to Matsuo Taisya(Matsuo grand shrine)
・From Shijo-karasuma(Bus no.3 or no.29) → Shijo-karasuma intersection and the southwest bus stop, and Take the No.3 or No.29 bus.
Get off at Matsuo-Bashi bus stop in about 35 minutes from Shijo-karasuma. From there it’s 8 minutes(600m) walk west.
・From Shijo-karasuma(Bus no.29) → Shijo-karasuma intersection and the southwest bus stop, and Take the No.29 bus.
Get off at Matsuo-Taisya-Mae bus stop in about 40 minutes from Shijo-karasuma. From there it’s 3 minutes(180m) walk west.

・From Kyoto station → Take bus No.28 from C5 bus stop at Kyoto Station North Exit Bus Terminal
Get off at Matsuo-Taisya-Mae bus stop in about 40 minutes from Kyoto station. From there it’s 3 minutes(180m) walk west.

※Until Matsuo Taisha, there is a bus stop in front of Matsuo Taisha, but if Matsuo Bridge is quite crowded, if there is a traffic jam, it is recommended to get off at Matsuo-bashi one square before Matsuo Taisha and walk from there To do. The scenery seen from the Katsura River is beautiful and it feels good to walk.
